We have dedicated coaches to teach baseball hitting lessons and softball hitting lessons. Athletes may work one-on-one with an instructor or take group batting lessons.
The hitting coaches at America’s Pastime Sports have experience working with athletes of all ages. They know how to tailor batting instruction to suit a player’s age and ability level, so we offer hitting lessons for youth players (ages 6 to 12) all the way up to developing professional players.
Batting lessons are taught by knowledgeable coaches who have played baseball or softball and have experience helping individuals master this particular aspect of the game. In addition to hitting lessons at our facility, our coaches can help players develop a training plan so that they can continue batting instruction independently in our indoor batting cages.
